| 1. | THE SYSTEM The System provides an internet based service (the "Service") owned and operated by FeelGood Guide Pty Limited. The System contains graphics, information, data (the Content) and is owned and/or copyrighted by FeelGood Guide Pty Limited, or third party providers and your use of the Content is governed by these Terms and Conditions. | ||
| 2. | LIMITED USE LICENSE You acknowledge and agree that FeelGood Guide is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the System, the Content and the trademarks and logos remain the sole and exclusive property of FeelGood Guide at all times. The System can only be accessed by employees of a Registered License Holder. A Registered License Holder is defined by and limited to a single pharmacy business at a single registered location. Republication of the System Content is prohibited except for customer data entered by the employees of the License Holder. Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your access to the System and may result in legal action for injunction, damages or both. | ||
| 3. | LIABILITY DISCLAIMER To the maximum extent provided by law, FeelGood Guide, and its third party suppliers make no representations concerning the suitability or accuracy of the Content. It is the responsibility of the License Holder and/or its employees to check that they are comfortable with the System Content before using the System in their business operations. | ||
